Which RB should i target (for Freeman and Jones)

My rb1 is joseph randal
I would like to try to trade for another decent Rb
I want to sell high Devone Freeman and James Jones to pick up a good one.
I also have Blout and Abdulah to throw into the equation.
Which RBs are obtainable in your opinion for the 2 players that i want to trade. Sent out a few offers but no one has bit yet.
Is someone like Ingram a bad trade for me, or am i getting decent value from selling my guys high?
