Which prospect will have the most impact THIS season?

I saw the Gregory Polanco Vs Baez thread and decided to start one that encompasses all of the potential in season call ups who are expected to be relevant in fantasy this season.
George Springer, OF, Astros(Already up)
Jon Singleton, 1B, Astros
Trevor Bauer, SP, Indians
Gregory Polanco, OF, Pirates
Archie Bradley, SP, Diamondbacks
Javier Baez, SS, Cubs
Oscar Taveras, OF, Cardinals
Noah Syndergard,SP, Mets
Addison Russel,SS, A's
Kevin Gausman, SP, Orioles
Andrew Heaney, SP, Marlins
Alexander Guerrero, 2B, Dodgers
Marcus Stroman, SP, Blue Jays
Maikel Franco, 1B/3B, Phillies
Someone else?
I chose not to include guys like Carlos Correa and Byron Buxton because while they may get called up at some point I do not think they will have enough plate appearances to significantly impact a fantasy team this season.
IMO I believe that Bauer, Singleton, and Polanco will provide the most impact this season. I am back on the Bauer bandwagon after reading about how he revamped his mechanics after the disaster in Arizona last year, and Singleton looks absolutely amazing. Polanco will be an absolute star one day if he is able to develop some more power but even without it he can scoot and should be an excellent source of runs and steals while not killing average or on base percentage.
I think Springer and Baez will also be solid contributors this season but their K rates have somewhat tempered my expectations for them this year.
Also I believe that if Taveras and Guerrero get a shot they could provide a solid impact as well, but currently are stuck in AAA due to log jams within their organizations and who knows when they will come up or how many plate appearances they will have once they do.

Singleton or Polanco

Heaney, because I traded him away already.

Why did they promote Grichuk over Taveras? fricking silly especially since Taveras in tearing up AAA now

because they want him to play everyday.

Bauer, but it will come down to at bats for a lot of these guys. I doubt many, if any, have a significant fantasy impact in 2014.

Yeah
But if they are going to replace Bourjos/Jay eventually they should just call the dude up. That offense needs a spark

I would bet his injury history has a part to play in it, along with Super 2

Syndergaard...because no one else has said him.

Probably this. They want one more cheap season out of him, so they wait until June or so.

Why did they promote Grichuk over Taveras?
For several reasons IMO.
1) They wanted a bench outfielder to go against left handed pitchers. Taveras is too valuable to sit on the bench so they decided to bring up a future trade piece instead. Like Redd said, they want Taveras playing.
2) They have no doubts in Taveras' bat. The question is his ability to play CF with his ankle injury. Now that Grichuk is up Taveras will play CF for a few weeks in Memphis. If he keeps hitting and he shows that his ankles can handle CF, he'll be up for good (like papz said). They will not call him up as a part time player.
Check out Domino's specialty chicken and last night's Taveras bomb.
Buh Bye
ETA: Super 2 will not play into it. I believe he's already on the 40 man roster.
ETA2: He's playing CF because thats his quickest path to playing time this year. Bourjos has no bat and Jay isn't doing much. Next year he'll be a corner outfielder.

Polanco is making the Pirates look stupid right now.

He (Polanco) should be up right now because they're contending. I believe they've already bought another year of FA. So if they do not call him up now, they're playing the Super 2 angle (Or trying to trade an outfielder).

Im pretty sure he hasn't qualified for Super 2 yet.

Polanco or Taveras?
Nobody has for this year if they aren't on the 40-man. The deadline fluctuates year to year but it will probably fall sometime in mid June. I wish they'd remove that hole in the CBA.
