I own

Seattle @ Indianapolis - not good.

San Diego @ Oakland - tough call

I could get Atlanta vs the Jets - Thinking this is my best option.

ETA: Just to not make a new thread, I benched Hakeem Nicks in favor of Nate Washington even though the Giants are likely going to be in a shootout vs. Philly. What sayeth the board?

Atlanta's defense doesn't create turnovers and ranks in the bottom of the NFL in defensive statistics. Yeah it's the Jets but don't expect a Titans performance like you saw in week 4. Same for the Rams, bad defense against a bad team.

ATL looks pretty good against the Jets, but after that, I don't know what you are stuck with if you keep them on your roster.

If I were in your shoes, I would probably keep Seattle and San Diego and start SD this weekend.

Have you seen the Jets' WRs this week?

I've got one too.

Which would you start?

Chicago vs. Saints
Kansas City at Tennessee

Our league is through Yahoo and their projections are 15.41 for Chicago and 10.53 for Kansas City, but I usually only pay attention to these when I can't make up my mind. However, I don't believe the projections in this case

I am leaning toward KC. What do you think?

Doesn't matter, Atlanta doesn't force turnovers.

Patriots ran the ball 9 straight times on them on one drive and scored on their first possession. Jets will need to do the same.

I'd much rather a top 10 defense in a bad match-up or the Browns on Thursday than a bottom 10 defense against a "potential" good match-up

Chiefs. I wouldn't start any defense against the saints.

It's not a "potentially" good matchup though. It's a good matchup.

I'd start KC. I just wouldn't want to go up against the Saints offense right now.

Bears are averaging 28 pts allowed per game. KC is only allowing 10.

KC has 11 sacks to the Bears 6.

Bears have forced 14 turnovers to the Chiefs 12.

KC has a return TD

NO has a higher scoring average than Tennessee, but has allowed more turnovers (5 to 0)

Way too much info, but I would start KC. Just giving you some facts to make your own decision from.

Atlanta is the 5th worst fantasy defense so far. And is averaging just above 5 points each week. The Jets won't play as bad as everyone thinks.

St. Louis D is the best play this week.

Their defensive line is bottom of the league right now. They're also bottom 5 in fantasy as well.

Dallas and San Fran just rushed for 200 yards against them the past two weeks. Not to mention passing teams like Atlanta and Arizona threw for over 300 yards the two weeks before.

Plus Justin Blackmon is returning this week. This has shootout written on it. Rams win but they suck just as much right now. Browns are easily the best play this week if available.

Play a proven defense this week. Because most of the time it's all luck and you don't want to be looking at 3-5 points after playing a crappy defense like Atlanta or St Louis.

Eh, I know they're playing Jax but their D sucks.

I think KC is an interesting play. I picked up the Panthers going against Arizona

Proven defense and #1 in fantasy so far

They're also in the top 10, sneaky play. Just worried that Arizona plays well at home.
