I have Cam and probably for the near future will play Cam. What is the real value for Luck? I really need a top TE or defense but is he even top 10 QB at this point?

if you trade Luck for any TE not named Gronk you're insane.

If anything I'd be selling Cam high right now if I could.

Do not trade for a defense or a TE not named Gronk. Simple.

Based on fantasy points alone, Andrew Luck is not a top-10 quarterback. On value alone, though, you better believe he is still a top-three option.

Find the guy who lost Big Ben, Romo, Brees, etc.. and try to get one of his RBs for Cam.

Right now you would be selling Luck low. He easily still finishes the year as a top 5 QB and imo more likely than not a top 3 QB. Even with his struggles the first 3 games his fantasy totals have been mediocre at worst. Barring injury he is going to improve over the course of the season. If you were in my league I would gladly buy him low from you.

Yes trade him for a defense. Sounds like a strategic plan

Trade Cam for Eifert. Eifert just had a dud game, you might be able to pull that off.

that after 2 and 3 weeks, even the studs struggle, but most of the time come out on top.

in the illustration above, the first column lists these planyers rankings after 2 weeks last year. The end column are where they finished the year.

So basically people drafted Luck as the 1st QB in their draft. He hasn't played great, but they want to trade him while his stock is low? It just makes no sense. Ride it out, the dude plays in a shitty division and basically put up 20pts in 1 quarter yesterday. Good days are ahead.

Luck's value has dropped some but I would still say he should be valued as QB3 behind Rodgers and Brady.

Luck's value is exactly where you should have drafted him late 2nd to early 3rd round in 12-team 6 point passing TD leagues. His value is more of a TE Jimmy Graham, not a TE Gronk. You might be able to get an under-performing WR or RB that was drafted around him. Many come to mind, Forsett, McCoy, Alshon, Evans, Cooks, etc.

That said, Luck should be fine. Cam doesn't get to play the Saints every week at home.
