What is the best way to keep up with a live auction draft?

What is the best way to keep things organized? This is our first year doing a live auction (7 years of a snake draft) and I'm looking for suggestions of apps or any other recommendations. Thanks.

Get everyone together but still run the auction through whatever platform youre using
Otherwise you need two unbiased people to play auctioneer and record everything.. run the clock, document bids etc. Prepare to be there for a long time.

I figured you'd need a person or two not even drafting to help with the organization of it all. Lots of moving parts.
