I'm starting both 
For you, I'd go with VJax. The Saints D sucks, especially against big, physical receivers.
Glennon loves him some VJax, AND Evans looks to be out 2-3 weeks.
Luck has other options, Glennon really doesn't.

Saints D does suck. They do have one good cover corner in Keenan Lewis that will probably be on VJax the whole game though. Lewis did hold Dez in check most of last weeks game.
