Come on papz. You can't cut me a deal after that sweet hookup you got with Martinez? I just wanted to test Wheeler's value.

I'm surprised you dealt him to me really but you needed some versatility.

This is a good deal for both sides. You're going to make up a lot of points in SB and R's. I think he's going to give you +5 o 6 when it's all said and done. No Wheeler... I want to keep my WHIP down.

If VKC takes the deal, this will be off the table.

I don't I have ever had this much trouble making a decision in fantasy. Will decide before 1 pm est when games start.

No chance I could do best hitter for best pitcher?

Naw. Stanton drives my OPS... which I think is the hardest category to maintain/catch up on. If I still had Victor Martinez, I might have done it. My second best hitter is still pretty much a top 15 player.

I agree Gomez is a great player. I just have to decide if he is worth losing the best pitcher in baseball.

Kershaw has a 94:9 k/bb ratio. His only flaws have been his back injury and one awful start. I think Kershaw is worth a little more, but I need Gomez's stats more. Plus, Kershaw could put you above me in ERA and WHIP. That is the real debate for me.

Papz, who could Darvish get me?

I know you aren't trading Stanton for him.

Bye Clayton. Thanks for the 15 K no hitter. Now I just need Votto to get that OPS back to where I should be.

I really wish Stanton was nominated before Votto. I would have dropped up to $40 on him and he only went for $35.

Congrats on Kershaw.

And yeah, I needed some middle infield production/ versatility, but will still be bummed if Martinez knocks 25

I am about to head to Brazil for 10 days. I can have a friend look over my roster when I am gone and I already set it, but do you think I should give commish access to someone in case something happens (stud player is accidentally dropped)?

if it's not much of a hassle, you could pass it on to one of us that is active, but the odds the commish is needed should be pretty low. whatever you want to do.

I think it will be fine as well. We have not needed commish interference all season long.

Did not notice the closer news today. I would have dropped practically all of my FAAB budget on them.

yeah still not sure about CWS situation. The consensus is Putnum. Wish I would have gotten Casillas though.

Like my 2 new rookies in Betts and Cron. Hope Betts settles my SB problem.

Also, considering moving the player formerly known as Crush Davis if Cron continues to actually crush.

I like cron.

I would have dropped $20 apiece on Casilla and Putnam if I paid more attention to baseball today.

I'm surprised y'all let swamie get Betts for 25 bucks.

9 on Casillas felt like a 'well I have to at least try to keep the SF closer' bid. Wish I would have gotten Betts too, figured someone was going to throw a crazy bid in.
