Very low end RB situation, I need to start one

Roy Helu
Yes my RB situation is dire.
.5 ppr league
-Thomas is coming off an injury in an always up for grabs Saints offense.
-Tate was released, but picked up by Minnesota and could see significant touches in a depleted Vikings backfield.
-Helu somehow puts up decent points on very limited touches.
-Herron could see significant touches as the new RB 2 in Indy.
Who has more upside?
