How should I know, I don't cover the Patriots
He's on my "rather not draft list" but if it's a dynasty/keeper league then he's worth grabbing early. Re-draft leagues not so much

But I'd assume OBJ, Brown, Green, Dez, Julio, Hopkins, Evans, Robinson, Watkins and Marshall would be on that list but not in that order.

Well for one he's a rookie so he's never played a 16 game season in his career. Rookie wall will have some effect on him during the season.
Two, I think Al Morris/McFadden will take away some of his 3rd down touches especially in 3rd and long situations. McFadden will also want touches himself so I don't expect them to run Elliot into the ground like they did with Murray. He'll have a productive rookie year but there are better backs to pick from at his ADP. I think year 2 is where Elliot hits his marks.
This also depends on the health of McFadden too
