I'm partial to Pryor over all of those that you listed. However, Tyrell Williams has the easiest schedule going forward of all WRs and Pryor has a bye week 13.

So tyrell over moncrief? I have rivers if that makes it any easier
I like Tyrell rest of way because of the soft schedule, but the real question to me is your opponent. Is he your direct competition? I'm assuming that he will be competing with you in the playoffs or potentially will be. Otherwise why make the trade? Does adding Kelce increase his strength by a greater marginal amount than adding Williams marginally increases yours? While I think that Tyrell is better than Moncrief, I don't think it is greatly so. This means that the above scenario is more likely. I think the better play might be denying your opposition the opportunity to get stronger. Maybe. It's a thought to consider. I can imagine some scenarios where it might be simply overthinking it though.
That's a pretty scary team. I would be hesitant to make him stronger. Tyrell would be an upgrade for you though. I would lean against doing it, but I don't want to sell this like I'm too confident about my reasoning.
