Trading to get an Elite Quarterback

1 point per reception and 6 point passing td
I have team that is absolutely stacked at Running Back, with Foster, McFadden, Lynch, Spiller, Morris and Mendenhall. Right now my Quarterback is Vick and I want to upgrade to an elite quarterback. What do you think I would need yo give up to either pair with Vick or trade straight up to get a top 5 Quarterback.

when i want a QB i first try to find a team that has 2 top QBs and try to get the one he likes least. that usually can come fairly cheap.
a trade that went down in my league similar to this was Brady and Bess for Vick and Wallace.
