Trading a QB for the week for a RB

So I got Murray and McCoy as my starters but neither of them are playing and a I have Sproles. I just picked up Blount and Hardesty.
My qbs are Eli Manning and RG3. Thinking of starting Manning and trading RG3 just for the week for Felix Jones.
WHat do yall think?
David Wilson is also availabe on the waiver.
