I would take the deal. I dont like to have 3 guys on my roster from the same team. Having J Bell, C Johnson, and R Bush puts you at a serious handicap during the Lions bye week. Plus Andre is Andre and the Texans schedule is really easy to start the season.
ETA: haha Sorry misread the C Johnson portion. I would still take it. Besides Benjamin, you only have a bunch of WR2/3s.
