RB:T-Rich
RB:Morris
WR:Decker
WR:Nelson
WR:R. White
TE:Cook
FLEX:
D/K: dont matter much
Bench:
Boldin
Hilton
Tate
Tompkins
M. Ball
Julius Thomas
Should I offer up maybe J. Thomas and Decker for Welker to a team that needs a TE? I'm not sure anyone would give up a decent RB at this point.
Also who should my flex be? I don't know how I screwed up my draft so badly. I lost miserably in week 1.

Replace Decker with Boldin. Flip J. Thomas for a RB like Daryl Richardson.

Offered MJD to my buddy for a WR. He replies with I can have Roddy White or Julio Jones. Who should I go for? 10 team PPR.

In PPR Roddy is close, but upside = Julio.

Except Roddy has actually been top 5 (multiple times) and Julio hasn't cracked the top 10 yet

I'd go Julio, partly because I hate fricking Roddy White, but mostly because its questionable how long the ankle injury will linger.
