Trade proposed to me

I send Ray Rice and David Garrard
I get Derrick Mason and Kyle Orton
My other QB is Rivers
My RBs are Chris Johnson (w/ Lendale handcuff), SJax, DMac, Willie Parker, and Rice
My WRs are Reggie Wayne, DeSean Jackson, Steve Smith, and Lee Evans
The league isn't PPR. I'm leaning towards not taking this trade because if Rivers goes down I like Garrard as a safer option and McGahee is due for his yearly nagging injury.
