Trade help in dynasty league

14 team PPR dynasty league #1 team 6-0 wants AJ Green from me. He's offering Corey Davis and his 1 for Green. I'm thinking about countering Green and Njoku/Kittle for His 1, Davis and Reed (he has Kelce). Question is would you do that? Here's our rosters. This is my first year playing dynasty so I'm not keen on long term values yet I just know other than Hilton my we are old by dynasty standards.
Me (3-3)
QB: Luck, Brissett
RB: Ingram, Martin, T. Coleman, B. Allen, Gio, Mack, Brieda
WR: Green, Hilton, Jeffery, Funchess, Godwin, Corey Coleman.
TE: Clay, Njoku, Kittle
Him (6-0)
QB: Smith, Jimmy G, Kizer
RB: McCaffery, Gurley, Kamara, Ekeler
WR: Garcon, Hogan, Hill, Davis, Samuel, Kearse, juju, Trent Taylor, Westbrook
TE: Kelce, Reed.

I would probably simply take his Corey Davis and 1 for Green. I think that's solid value for a team focused for the future. I would not trade for Reed personally, but that might just be me.

Does my team look good for the future without Green?

Not right now. Not bad for the future, but you have a lot of talent more or less in their prime. I don't think you're particularly young, but this trade would be a big jump in that direction. Green will be 30 next year, and you would be getting in on Davis on the ground floor.

If you are hell bent on trading Green, I would definitely look at the owners of DJ, Elliot, and Cook. If they have a winning record, then they may be willing to send you a big haul for Green.

Peazy I got him to throw in a 3rd also. So I traded green for Davis and his 1 and 3

Good luck, man. Here's to hoping that Davis is what we all think he is.

Ultimately the value is what the league determines the value to be, but I wouldn’t have sold for that.
David was a 1.2 - 1.4 pick in the last rookie Draft, so that value is good. It’s the return on the 1st rounder. That’ll most likely be a 1.11-1.14 pick, which is essentially an early 2nd with a heavier price tag.
Green for Davis, late 1st, and Westbrook should have been your counter if he didn’t want to give up a 2nd rounder
That late 3rd will likely never amount to anything. There are spreadsheets I’ve seen where the hit rate that late in the draft is atrocious

Idk if ida done that. It's just that there are so many highly touted college WRs that miss in the NFL. And idk if Tennessee is the place to go to have your career take off.

Talent and situation always dictate a WRs success, I’m sure you know that. If the talent isn’t there, there are very few places where a WR can succeed
For what we know, he has talent and situation (playing with a young, up and coming QB for a long time).

Yeh I don't get that post by G. Like, Davis is a top talent in a perfect situation.

I'll take AJ's numbers over the next 3-4 years over Davis'. Now if he hits pay dirt on his #1, then ok. But rookies are a crapshoot. He's 3-3. All he has to do is get into the playoffs and then it's anyone's game. Trading AJ is not the move I'd make if I were contending on winning this year. Banners hang forever.

I agree with playing to win.
But you didn't say that in the other post

You aren't guaranteed a franchise back with his first pick(a late first). I'd have to get one of McCaffery or Kamara back and a incentive... whether it's the player or pick.
You are not getting back enough value.

There were a lot of people who had Davis as the 1.1 this last year. It was fairly well debated. In an initial draft this is like getting a 2nd, a 6th, and a 15th for a first. It's close imo. It just takes some guts jump off of a proven elite who is about to be kind of old to a young player who is still mostly potential.

I'd say Fournette was about as close you can get to to being a consensus #1 outside of Zeke.
It was Cook, McCaffery, and Davis rounding out the rest of the top 4 with all being ranked on need

Many analysts had Davis over Fournette

A lot of rankings I saw put the top 5 this last year as being interchangeable and very close, with some clear tendency towards Fournette and Davis at the top. Silva had Fournette as his #3 rb. 2017 was a lot deeper than 2016.

1. Titans WR Corey Davis (First Round, No. 5)
The best receiver in the draft on the basis of game film and college production lands with one of the best young quarterbacks in the league in Marcus Mariota, and steps into an abundance of immediate opportunity. Rishard Matthews is best suited for a No. 2 receiver role, Tajae Sharpe is more of a No. 3/4, and Delanie Walker is going on age 33. While Mixon, McCaffrey, and Fournette all warrant serious consideration, Davis would be my personal pick at 1.01 in Dynasty rookie drafts.

I was curious about the last 2 years of 1st round WRs.
2017

Will Fuler
Josh Doctson
Laquon Treadwell
2016
Amari Cooper
Kevin White
DeVante Parker
