Trade Advice: J. Thomas for G. Tate and V. Cruz

I would be getting J. Thomas and giving up Tate and Cruz.
My other TE is Ertz.
My other WRs are Julio Jones, Alshon Jeffrey, Steve Smith, Julian Edleman, and Josh Gordon.
12 Team, .5 PPR. 4-1 record.
Thinking i'm improving my TE position significantly and I think I can afford to give up Cruz and Tate. What says the FSB? TIA
