Trade Advice - Non PPR - Flacco and S. Jackson for McFadden

guy's offering me this
I have Rivers starting now. Flacco playing better than him - upgrade
we play with 2 RB and 1 flex
Obviously downgrade from Mcfadden to jackson, but i have j. charles and TR so that won't be too bad. plus i have some other wr's i can put in the flex spot depending on matchups
what is mcfadden's worth going forward in the season?

Flacco isn't that much of an upgrade over Rivers IMO. Keep McFadden.
