They are playing well but giving some dumb penalties as well. Bucs have missed a few huge plays by bad throws

It's both. But, Pats defense has given 4 first downs on penalty. Jameis is off worse than I remember seeing him. Seems like others disagree.

With how terrible their defense is, they might start leaning more to a ball control offense... as much as you can when you have Brady at QB, can't keep the ball out of his hands too much.
