That's actually a great idea. Never crossed my mind to do that. I say we pick a site and use their ADP on the day that keepers are due and have it locked in.

I think most of us are pretty flexible on rules as long as they are fair across the board.

If we use ESPN then you use the ESPN site, NFL.com then use NFL.com, etc

Were using ESPN but does ESPN release their PPR ADP?
If not we can use fantasy pros and use their aggragate PPR ADP from multiple sites. They update daily I believe.

Those are rankings but not their ADP.
ADP will be more fair so you get to keep the player exactly where he is being drafted.

Oh, well I don't care then as long as I know which ADP we will be using ahead of time and I have access to it.

I agree with going to 6 teams.
I don't think we should have more than 2 keepers myself. I'm good with the keepers counting for the two rounds before you drafted them, and waivers guys counting for the ADP (though that's going to create a bunch of work for you Swamp, and just making them the first two picks would be far easier).
I'm also good with the mini draft for the 3 new owners (though how would we handle their keepers there as far as rounds?)
