Yep, that's the way it goes in fantasy. My other league I've won it 3 of the 4 years I've been in it, the one year I didn't make the playoffs I scored the most points I've scored in that league. Unfortunately that year everyone blew up on me the second half of the year. Didn't win a game after starting 7-1, and had 200 more points scored against me than the highest scorer in the league had period.
Fantasy football can be a cruel bitch.

I went against what I normally would do and took Rogers. And then I drafted Cap thinking he was good value at the time and I hated everyone else available.
So I'd love to package him with a RB or WR for an upgrade at that position if anyone is interested.
Or I'd trade Rogers to if the deal is right.

Yeah unless you can get a great trade, not for sure why you took Kaepernick in the 6th when you had Rodgers...

Yeah, QB is so deep this year the only person he even marginally affected doing that was me, and I'm not a fan of Kaep at all. I actually prefer Vick to Kaep this year (when he's on the field anyway).

Some a-hole in another league drafted:
Brees, Cam, and Russ Wilson.
I ended up with fricking Andy Dalton and Cutler, but my teams is loaded cuz I didn't get caught up in the stupid scramble everyone started to have as he was doing that.
Yeah I won't get much out of my QB position, but I'm superior to about every other team in RB and WR.

Yeah. It was a dumb move on my part. Just didnt really like who was available at the time. And thought I could maybe move him later. R if I have to move Rodgers I will.

Yep, it's always better to stick with a plan and draft strong at other positions rather than reach because of a run on a position IMO.
That guy will be unlikely to make the playoffs, so you can get the last laugh anyway.

Never know who will get injured anyway, if nobody wants him now always the chance someone will have a need mid season.
Hell, I fully expect Vick to miss 3-4 games this year at least, which is why I had to grab Manning earlyish as a backup. But if he got KO'd for the year and Manning was sucking balls I'd probably be willing to deal even though I'm not a huge Kaep fan. Never know how things will shake out.
But yeah, not a move I'd do really, odds you get fair value for the round you grabbed him in are just really low, particularly so in a 12 man where depth is at a premium anyway.

Oh he's team is awful.
And the other 6-7 owners who went scrambling have bad teams too. It's basically me and the 2 guys who drafted Manning and Rodgers left standing.
ETA: Guy who got Luck has good team too. Took him 2 spots before I could get him.
Side note: I drafted Brady in the 5TH ROUND of another league I'm in. Are you serious Clark? I know he lost some weapons but geez, it's still Tom Brady we're talking about here.

Man I lost count of the times Swamps and the Fugglas did that to me tonight. I was seriously in the wrong draft spot by one or two spots tonight. Must have been 8-9 players I was gonna grab that they snatched right before my draft spot.
Which is how I wound up drafting a defense earlier than I would even consider in a 10 man usually.

Yeah I really just picked him to stash as trade bait. Sure QB is deep but like you said you never know what happens. I prob cant trade him now but maybe in a few weeks when the QB's made of glass go down.

Yeah, I almost never draft QB before the 6th round or so myself, so I'd be mad at myself if I grabbed a QB early. But at least you got one of the 2 QBs somewhat worth grabbing in the top 3 rounds, and the younger one to boot.

I went Ryan early just because of the 6pt TD, had it been a 4pt td league I would have waited till 6/7 round to take one. Figure Ryan is safe for 4500 yards and 35 touchdowns this year.

Well I do currently have Gronkowski in there as a starter with a projected 0. Once I put Cameron in, they will have projected me to win.
