You can see who is on your team by visiting the league page on ESPN.com

Just found it woohoo.....
Cam, Rawls, Ameeder, Snead all free agents I picked up

Gio is only one I drafted I may keep.....

decisions.... decisions.....

Cam and Rawls are sure keepers... not sure between other 3

I hate the ADP rule for FA pickups. I was able to make a good FA waiver pickup on David Johnson and then get punished with having to use a first on him. If I would have drafted him in the 15th, I would have given up a 13th. I don't understand that.

How would suggest we modify it?

Picking up someone after the last round should cost you a last round pick or a 10th or something standard.

Right now there is no value in keeping guys you found on waivers.

There are so many years where someone can pick up a first year ODB-type player off waivers.

They're already going to have a huge advantage in that season alone, and then they get to keep the player indefinitely going forward for basically nothing?

Yes, there should be a reward for finding that guy. You shouldn't get punished for it. It would be the same as saying, you drafted Todd Gurley in the 10th (for example) but he is a first round value now so you have to use a first round keeper for him.

I was probably in favor of using round values on keepers in the beginning, but not like this. I'd rather just set an amount of keepers and you can keep that amount every year like baseball is set up.

Just my 2 cents...

didn't last year we use the rank based on ESPN for FA? so if a player was picked up FA ad projected as a 2nd rd FA you lost your 3rd round pick?

I'd be in favor of something like a 7th or 8th round pick for a FA waiver pickup. That way you'd at least a couple years out of them before using a first round pick.

We already did the set keepers thing and had half the league not interested in it, and completely lopsided leagues.

If you are doing that kind of setup in a 12 man you need optional keepers and only 2 keepers total or else someone will wind up with a crap team and no way to recover for several years, and then they will drop the league and be impossible to replace because nobody wants their team in such a situation.

I thought this was going to be me last year but FA pick-ups in Cam Newton, Willie Snead, Thomas Rawls, etc helped me.

I mean my keepers were L. McCoy and the Bills Defense from last year

So OneMoreTime is out and we haven't heard from List Eater, MightyTerrior, or tchamp.

I'll get with tchamp. Does anyone know the other two?

Agreed. I got J Reed (TE Wash) off the wire before he exploded and now....

This is part of what is taking me so long to make a decision. The draft link in the OP has him projected as a second round pick too. LOL

I'm out this year guys. Thanks but I'd rather give up the spot to someone who can keep active. I switched jobs midway through last season and couldn't keep up as much as I wanted.

Yeah, the situation you found yourself in year before last in this league was exactly what I was thinking of, you would have had no chance to compete for a couple years under a 3 keeper system where keepers aren't optional.
