I went into Monday Nights Championship game with a 26 point lead no players playing. My opponent had Zeke & Prater (standard scoring). Ended up Winning 92.7 to 89.3. Praters Missed Field Goal & Garrett yanking Zeke saved my azz. Won $766 ended up 12-1 on the year.

Tried to pick them up but they were snagged by an owner who was not in the playoffs. I was pretty livid.

I pulled it off in week 6 and actually posted about it on here there was a lot that went into me selling him. I think at that point in the season he had like 3 out of 5 double digit games and 3 TD's and the Brees owner just got Brady back. I found th epost from when it happened back in week 6 he originally wanted Coleman/Miller or Gordon

So heres what happen (kinda Long) As I mentioned This guy came to me with Brees for a RB or RBs. I said Ill give you Mathews thats it. Im content with my team and will stream QB's so take it or leave it. He leaves it, this was Monday afternoon. So Monday Night FB he was forced to play Fozzy Whittaker down by 5.5 points. The other guy had nothing going. Fozzy gets him 5.4 he loses 77.3 to 77.4.

I wake up Tuesday to text. Is that deal still on I say yes So Mathews for Brees with Brees comming to me. Trade accepted. There apparently was some crying by other owners but it obviously didnt get vetod or I would have never joined this league again.

TLDR,

I traded Ryan Mathews for Drew Brees
