Nomination Order: Straight style (1-N, 1-N, 1-N... each round).
15 rounds.
Each owner has 30 seconds to nominate a player.
Each owner has 25 seconds to bid on a player.
Bid time will reset to 15 seconds when a bid is made
with less than 12 seconds on the clock.
