Feliz is listed as a SP so a contender could have 4 closers..worth a risk for a pick

Apparently I go as the Orioles go.

Terrible 10 days of hitting.

Really looking to consolidate down a little bit pitching or hitting. Candidates for multiple players to 1 or 2:
1. Elvis Andrus
2. Jose Altuve
3. Michael Bourn
4. Chris Tillman
5. Jarrod Parker
6. Ryu
7. Burnett
8. One of my closers

Would like: SP, C, 3B, OF. Willing to come off picks in addition to take a top tier player.

Standings (before tonight's game) w/ next weeks opponent. Think Honk has one of the spots sewn up.

1. Hot Stove 0 GB (rmcc)
2. Redd 5.5 GB (Clams)
3. Rick 10.5 GB (Louie T)
4. Earl 11.5 GB (Port)
5. Cwill 13 GB (Toula)
6. Port 15.5 GB (Earl)
7. Nobes 16 GB (Barry)
8. Boo 17.5 GB (geaux)
9. Clams 22.5 GB (Redd)
10. Rouge 23.5 GB (Peyton)

One terrible start away from 8-2. The last two weeks are probably losses for me because Earl and Redd have good offenses an that's really my strength right now. I do get Beachy and Kemp back this week and Cobb the next but the guys behind me have cake schedules. Still fun to be in the conversation despite selling some pieces.

Been a rough 4 week run from dominating the league to being on shaky ground with a week to go.

I laughed at your rumor earlier geaux, but apparently it was legit:

quote:

The Rangers are shopping Nathan for an established hitter, according to ESPN's Buster Olney.

Spin: For a team gearing up for a pennant race, trading a top-five closer wouldn't normally seem like a logical thing to do, but it seems the Rangers are attempting to exploit the rather thin market for high-end relievers. It's no lock that Nathan will be moved, but Joakim Soria has pitched well since coming off the DL, and Neftali Feliz (elbow) appears to be nearing a return, so the idea is not so far-fetched.

Shocking.

April - 32 IP, 2.53 ERA, 0.91 WHIP
June - 34.2 IP, 2.34 ERA, 1.01 WHIP
July - 34 IP, 2.65 ERA, 0.88 WHIP

He's been dominant the majority of the season.

Woe is me.
