P, if guys were drafted, then dropped at some point during the season, then picked up off waivers by a team. That team now assumes the keeper option at the drafted value, correct?
I.e. I drafted Denzel for $1, dropped him, but later picked him back up. I can keep for $6.
Same as the guys that picked up my Favors and Mudiay. They have keeper rights at drafted price.

Yes
*If a player was not drafted and picked up from waivers, his auction value is $5. The first year he is kept, it would go to $10 as the rules above state.
