TDBBL '17: ESPN Auction Redraft

Auction
The auction has a cap of $220. There will be no trading of auction money - everyone starts the auction with $220. The lowest bid is $1.
Keepers
You can keep as many players as you are willing to pay for.
Here is the keeper price from year to year:
1st year: $5 increase from auction price
2nd year: $7 increase from previous year
3rd year: $10 increase from previous year
4th year: $15 increase from previous year
5th year: $20 increase from previous year
6th year: $25 increase from previous year
(each year after, the fee continues to increase by $5)
Example: Player A was drafted for $20. If he is kept after the first season, his price is $25 (his drafted price +$5). The next year, his price would be $32 (the previous year's auction price +$7) and the 3rd year his price would be $42 (the previous year's auction price +$10).
*If a player was not drafted and picked up from waivers, his auction value is $5. The first year he is kept, it would go to $10 as the rules above state.
You don't have to keep anyone, or you can as many players that you are willing to pay for. That is up to you.
Traded Players
The keeper value of a traded player will be determined by the upcoming season's auction value, or their previous season's keeper value (whichever number is higher, +$5 to follow the first season keeper rules). This is to prevent teams from making uneven trades based solely on keeper dollar amounts.
Roster size and FAAB
We talked through FAAB options but ESPN does not allow continuous FAAB bidding, meaning the waiver would be once a week and then it would be a free for all. Instead, we are going to expand rosters to 18 (no injured slot). Waivers will be ran every day at 10:00 PM CST and there will be a 50 budget that everyone starts the year with.
Game limit per week
The standard game limit per week is 45. NBA opening week is shorter than most weeks. The week of and after NBA All-Star weekend typically is blended together to make an "extended" week. ESPN changes the game limit for these weeks. Each owner is responsible for checking the weekly limit set by ESPN. Going over the limit will result in losing stats for the entire day that the limit was exceeded. *The opponent of the team that went over the limit must notify the commish on the day that the limit was exceeded to have the stats adjusted.
Playoffs
7 teams make the playoffs. Playoff matchups are 1 week with a 45 games played limit. The top seed gets a bye. After the first round, playoff matchups will be reseeded. In the event of a tie, the tie breaker is highest seed.
Buy-in and payout
$125 per team
Winner - $950
Runner up - $450
3rd place - $150
Top seed - $200

I'm good with expansion and buyin increase.
I'd prefer a weeknight draft over a Sunday draft.
We're not moving to fantrax?

If y'all move to 14 I'd like to throw my hat in the ring.

Does Wed work? Tuesdays and Thursdays are rough for me. Mondays are occasionally bad, too.

Good deal. We had talked with two others earlier. Want to check with them first (and the league verifying we want to expand). I'll keep you posted.

I dunno, just thought we were.
Any weekday is fine with me. Sunday is ok too, just not ideal

Dallas, I checked with Redd and he doesn't want the slot. It is yours if you want it. Let me know.
