if any blame for "selling out" should be laid it's on me, for my big move last year. i accept the blame and that's one big reason why i'm OK with a new roster framework that won't let me keep the "big 3"

Teams have been selling out earlier and earlier every year to get a jump on the others selling out
If selling out is an actual option for 50% of a league, then that is ridiculous and will never produce a good league. And since its cyclical it doesn't ever change

Outsider's opinion:
Y'all just need to declare this league dead and set up at least one new league (probably two), and welcome in new owners that are 100% invested in the new format(s). The league had a good run, but different fantasy preferences have evolved among the members over the years. It makes sense to do that than to have some owners half-heartedly agree to a new format and not be 100% invested in it from the start.
