Got to find authentic. I enjoy Tex Mex ok, but to me if you can order ground beef anything, it ain't real Mexican. We have a place here that is solid but most whites don't like it because you ain't getting rice and beans or chips and salsa. You're getting cabeza, chorizo or tripas tacos with cilantro and onion.
