As a Broncos fan that watches every single game, I can tell you that CJ is without question the best RB on the team, followed by Juwan Thompson. Hillman is a smaller one trick pony, and Ball is just plain terrible. CJ is going to get the bulk of the carries, and in Kubiak's system, expect a Mike Anderson type numbers season from him.

You're writing off Ball who's only 24 years of age, the same age as Anderson who hasn't even played a full season in the NFL yet.

This season will be great.

It's hard to predict stats, but I have a good feeling Anderson isn't going to put up 1st/2nd round numbers this season.

I've watched enough of Montee Ball to have a good idea of what he is. Looks like a guy that lacks the explosion through the hole to be an effective 3 down back in the NFL.

He played against the Chiefs, Seahawks and Cardinals defense before he got hurt last season. Those are top run defenses. He also got double digit points against a Colts defense in week 1.

The Denver Post reports RB Montee Ball is being pushed by Juwan Thompson for the No. 3 spot on the depth chart.
Ball has already been jumped by Ronnie Hillman, and it appears Juwan Thompson could be next. Ball has never flashed at the NFL level, and he has reportedly been "slumping" in training camp. His spot on the roster is not secure.

The season hasn't even started, come back after week 3. You're discounting injuries and anything that can happen. If I said thing about Justin Forsett at this time last year yall would say I'm crazy.

Also, taking Montee Ball as opposed to Ronnie Hillman late in the draft is MUCH safer than taking CJ Anderson 1st round and Hillman/Ball/Thompson taking his spot.

No I'm not and I have said CJ doesn't lose the job unless its due to injury. You're changing your argument now.

There is no argument, CJ Anderson is the biggest risk of any 1st/2nd round pick.

to throw my 2 cents in late,

I'm keeping CJ in a keeper league that you keep 4 in without any restrictions and I am very nervous about it.

Denver Broncos RBs Montee Ball and Kapri Bibbs aren't guaranteed a roster spot at this point. They will each play this weekend for one final audition.
