So my SO is in the Championship game...

In her work league... Her friend, who is out of it, has McCoy, T. Taylor, and Zeke Elliott... she wants to trade, but it's currently barred.

Is there any way, in an ESPN auction league, to get my SO either of these players for next weeks' Championship game?

I'm basically wondering if her friend were to 'Drop' McCoy/Taylor tomorrow night, late... could my SO go in and pick him up off the wire at ~300AM?

There's a 1-Day waiting period for Waiver Wire players... but her friend dropped a player yesterday and it showed up as 'Unavailable Until 28DEC16'.

Or will it be at LEAST 1-Day regardless of when the player is dropped?

(Problem is, her intended opponent needs a RB too and has more money in the bank than her so it's an issue of losing based on $$$. (I think?))

Unless the waiver wire placement for 'Order of Draft Summary' where she's TWO PLACES ahead on the list... (where the $$$ amount is indicated..) Does draft order mean anything in an auction league?

Thanks in advance... we could really use the $1,400 if she wins.
