Should I start Duke Johnson, James white or Rashad Jennings over Marshawn?

Just trying to be safe here. I have no options if Marshawn doesnt play, bad thing is that the Seattle game is at 730 tonight. So should I just bench him to be safe? Which one ahould I bench him for?

Should clarify if PPR or standard scoring:
I started Duke last week with Manziel in a PPR league. He did okay but Manziel doesn't take what the defense is giving up (i.e. he doesn't really do dump-off passes).
Just something to remember.

I think White is the potential boom/bust option since who knows how much he'll play and get targeted.
