Spiller had 1 good game.
You are giving up a WR1 whose QB will be back soon, and a high end WR2 for Nelson, practically.
Not sure I would do that. They are saying Harvin will return this week.

He is trading away Nelson. He is receiving Dez Bryant. I kind of want you to explain what you think is happening because there is some more stuff that you said that makes no kind of sense, but I can't pinpoint it because you didn't use players' names.

Ok. Let me clarify.
Nelson for Dez is a wash when Rodgers is healthy, correct? Nelson has been a monster this year.
Harvin is a high end WR 2 for spiller that has had 1 decent game.
I guess RG3 is just a throw in? I think you're giving up way too much. Jmo but no way in hell I'd do that with Rodgers coming back.

Depends on the actual time table for Rodgers and if this guy is securely in the playoffs or fighting for a spot. Also to call Nelson and Dez a wash is a bit of a stretch but he has been good this season.

In my league, Jordy has already had his bye, and is 4 pts off Dez. That is with his last 2 performances being 8 pts a piece without Rodgers.
Play making ability wise, Dez is more talented, but Nelson has been very productive with Rodgers.
To the OP, if you are in the playoffs, no way in hell I would even consider the trade.

My record is 7-3 and I'm in 2nd place if that matters. I lost my flex player last night when James got injured. I saw dez as an upgrade over Nelson and spiller can be my weekly flex going forward

Just re-read and saw that his league is a standard so it changes the dynamic some in Nelson's favor. That being said, as you have stated he is productive with Rodgers. He won't be productive with Tolzien or Flynn.

Any chance you could just give up Nelson and RG3 for Dez?
Reasoning: Without Rodgers, Dez is an upgrade for Nelson. Harvin is a better flex option than spiller. imho. You don't need RG3.
