Should I keep Rivers (as a starter)

I was the one of the last to pick a QB in my league, or the last and have Phillip Rivers. I'm talking to feel out a few others to see what I can get for Luck or Romo. Both teams are weak at RB.

Definitely trade Lacy for Bridgewater and start Teddy ASAP
