Scoring question

I'm part of a standard scoring league in which we don't receive punt return points for yards or touchdowns. My situation is that last week I missed out of a 1st round bye due to this with Antonio Brown which I understand. However I was penalized 2 points for Emanuel Sanders fumbled punt yesterday. Just wondering what approach of any I could take. Thanks

They don't differentiate when fumbles happen. If a player fumbles and loses it at any point, he loses the points. Punt return yards and touchdowns are separate categories though, they have to be turned on by the league commish

Not sure how the scoring setting are configured for that, I'd have to look. But I agree that sucks. If you can't get points for special teams for a specific player, then you shouldn't also be able to lose points.

The commissioner has to override this. The same thing happened earlier this year when Travis Benjamin (I think) muffed a punt. CBS doesn't know not to score it. Just have the commish override. You can check the play by play if the commish didn't see it.

I spoke with the commissions and they'd the plan. Hoping I can just get 10 points out of Will Tye tonight so I can just win outright instead of causing a lot of drama.
