what are we doing with him? I am embarrassed that I backed the guy. Was Greshams TD's flukes?

I might start him one more game, but he just flat out tanked

Eta: would picking up Davante be wise?

Yes. But Sanu's value dropped anyway when Green came back.

I think with the game Green had Sunday it is time to consider benching Sanu. He has only had 5 catches combined in the last 2 games since Green has returned. He was a nice filler while Green was injured but there are a lot of stronger plays out there. Luckily I have Green so it's not a big deal.

I know as soon as I drop him, he's going to go back to having good games. Gonna hang onto him one more week. He put up good numbers with green healthy early in the season. I'll be back to whine after another 3 pt game

only if you just don't like the other options.

in both of the blowout wins by Green Bay, he hasn't scored many points. He got the TD vs. the Eagles but that's really it.

he could do something vs. Minnesota though. Nelson got them good the last time they played so my guess is they'll pay closer attention to him this time.

also, when the Vikings played ATL earlier in the year, I noticed them using Harrison Smith some to help the corner on Julio Jones. And some of the other WR's benefited like Roddy White and even Devin Hester. I don't know if they had big numbers but I remember both scoring TD's. Hester's was about a 40 yard catch and run I think.

The Vikings kept mostly man coverage on Marshall and Jeffery even though they picked on the corners all day long. Harrison Smith did not cheat on one receiver so much because the Bears have so many threats.

I think Davante Adams is a very risk play even though the Packers will score 5+ touchdowns.

I guess they were just using Smith that certain way when they played ATL then. I'm not saying they used him all the time to help on Jones but I just remember a few plays where they did.

he would kind of play a bracket coverage underneath if I remember right.

yeah... I have him in the regulars league because all of my WR's have sucked this year. But I do think he has the potential to go off any week.

another thing about Adams.

when the Packers played the Saints, Jordy Nelson actually got taken out the game.

and then Adams finally got targeted a lot.

I guess the Saints basically said, we aren't going to let your best WR beat us. You're going to have to find your #3WR and your TE more than you would like to in this game. Plus we'll blitz enough just to make sure that you have to throw to the slot man or dump it off to the RB.

The last time you guys played Green Bay y'all were on a short week so the defense was probably pretty basic.

my guess is they will have more up their sleeve this time.

just a half arse guess of course by yours truly...

thanks for the replies... like most deeper formats, waiver wire is pretty scarce... Guys like kenny britt are still around, but I am more referencing picking up Adams incase of injury going forward. Feel like everyone dropping like flies, and want to be ahead should Cobb/Nelson go down.

I know I threw around some random games there when talking about Adams but if the Saints are on, I'm not paying attention to my fantasy team.

I was mainly just giving feedback when I've actually seen Adams play. I was shaking my head the last few weeks when he wasn't really getting in on the action.

but he's out there getting plenty of snaps. That's why I think he COULD be dangerous. He plays a lot in an elite offense.

good luck.
