Try and cut your teeth on some leagues in here to build credibility.
If possible, you are better off playing some of the more well known owners.
I like Super Bowl idea to see who chooses the team.

Looks like they want to slow draft between teams.
The tricky part is who gets the draft position since Rondo has an extra 2nd and 4th. Also looks like he finished 3rd to last while Chowds finished 5th to last giving him 5th pick and Rondo 3rd.
What we could do is give one of them Rondo's picks (2nd and 4th) but bump them down to 5th overall in the redraft instead of 3rd. They would pick 2nd in the keeper draft which would not be snake. The other person would pick 1st in their keeper draft and would get the 3rd overall draft slot in the redraft. Thoughts? Seems like a balanced way to do it.

I prefer for them to inherit the teams as is, but whatever the leagues wants.

Coin toss for starting slow draft and coin toss who gets the extra 2nd round pick. Other gets 4th rounder.

We're going too far out of the way to make this fair. Either give the teams away as is or flip a coin to decide if the winner wants to draft first in the slow draft or take the two extra picks & higher draft slot in the 2015 draft. The winner can weigh the value of that.

Or let the one who signed up first pick his team and the second gets the leftover. If they don't like that move on we'll find someone else.

Coin toss to see who has to suck the other's dick? There's been numerous different doin tosses proposed
