Question about espn fantasy standings / waivers

IN standard espn setup, does waiver order depend on if you're top of your division or overall standings. Reason I ask is I'm 2nd place in one division and I got the player on waiver night before the 1st place guy in other division, although I'm 3-0 and he's 2-1.

It sounds like you think it is set up to reset each week in reverse order of standings (which is a really dumb way to do it), but in actuality that might not be the case. Check your settings.
