WRs - Vincent Brown, Ryan Broyes, Jeremy Kerley, I like Rueben Randle as well. Plus whoever ends up with the other starting gig in NE. Someone has to catch ball since everyone is either hurt, on another team, or very likely to be in prison. I think that Broyles will rise up draft boards come August though.
RBs- Danny Woodhead because of Mathews' fragility. I like Joseph Randle as well because of the same reason, depending on if he wins the number two job.
TEs - Jordan Cameron because of Norv and Coby Fleener. Just a gut feeling with Fleener.
Any others?

My fantasy "secret" has been C.J. Spiller for the last two years... always seems like no one gave him a second thought in most of my leagues and he routinely put up great numbers, but he's probably on a lot more lists this year.
But looking at more quality RBs, Lamar Miller's got great potential, especially since he'll probably start. Joique Bell and Reggie Bush potentially will have great seasons behind Stafford catching in the backfield, and Montee Ball in Denver could be quality depth because he may start for Denver

James Jones, he's going to be Rodgers go-to guy this season.

Danario Alexander?
And Cobb is def Rodgers go to guy. Jones will get same amount of yards with less tds than last year. Not starter material.

James Jones and Randall Cobb aren't exactly flying under the radar.

TY Hilton for sure.
You could even throw Heyward-Bey in.

Antonio brown is the 1. Sanders has loads of talent but their offensive line is terrible so I don't expect 2 stud wrs from an offense that will struggle. I like dhb in Indy because you can probably get him at the very end of the draft. I doubt Hilton will warrant wherever he gets pick due to people hanging on his nuts pushing him up the board. One thing for sure the combination along with Reggie Wayne makes Andrew luck look like a possible top3 qb.

Benard Pierce. Going to slowly but surely start to eat away at Ray Ray's carries. Plus he looked good in the playoffs last season.

Aaron Rodgers. Might see him have a good year this year.

Just because he takes away carries doesn't warrant having him on your team. You can't gamble on a player getting hurt. Getting guys like Lamar miller, leveon bell, and Mendenhall is a much better idea considering its most likely their jobs to lose and they don't have to steal it away from ray rice.

Shane Vereen in PPR will be quality I think
woodhead gone (40 catches+ 76 rushes)
vareen in 13 put 8 + 62
48+ catches, 130+ rushing attempts(taking over 3rd and passing downs)....all while being next in line for RB1 duties in case of injury
kinda Sproles-ish
ETA: nevermind...he's going in the 6th round? frick that shite
