Had a completely stacked team through trades last year in our 12 team league. But still finishes 3rd.we keep one player and I have first overall pick. My options are

Megatron(1st pick)
Shady (1st pick)
Manning (24th )
Demayrius (24th)
Jeffrey (108th)
Tate(107th)
Percy (132nd)
Gerhart (132)
Rashad Jennings (132)

.5 ppr, 6 pt qb td.

My current plan is keep Manning, draft Shady 1st

Yep, keep Manning. Good value at 24.

Jeebus that's an insane team . Shows you how random fantasy football really is.

McCoy and Manning. That's with the assumption you lose the first pick and can't select Megatron. I'm sure Megatron should net you something via trade.

You have 6 or 7 guys that people should be knocking down your door to trade for given the value. I'd keep Demayrius, then draft McCoy 1st overall. Starting a team with McCoy/DT will be great

Keep Demaryius, draft McCoy. Don't waste a keeper on a QB; they're a dime a dozen.
