Opinion on fantasy football league I'm in

I am playing in a league with some friends I have played with for the last 4-5 years and I just noticed that we have to have two starting qbs every week (it has never been like this in the past). It turns out one guys two qbs have the same bye week and 3 other teams one qb has a bye week then the next one their other qb has a bye week. Wtf is this has anyone played in a league like this? Is he being a dick?

So league commissioner changed the rules and no one looked at the points scoring or roster settings before the draft? Sounds like the commish pulled a fast one but you should have checked the settings. Both are to blame IMO

Scruffy is in a league where you have to have 2 defenses at all times. That isn't nearly as bad as having 2 qbs though. 2 abs sucks.
