Eddie Lacy is dealing with an ankle issue, and sat out Thursday's practice as a result, Michael Cohen of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Lacy likely sustained the injury during Wednesday's practice when he exited early for an undisclosed reason. The Green Bay Packers are likely being cautious with their workhorse back in order to avoid a lingering issue. Expect him to return to practice when his health is not in question.

The Boston Globe's Ben Volin believes Dion Lewis (knee) "might" start the season on reserve/PUP.
Lewis practiced at June minicamp, but he hasn't been seen at all at training camp. He's currently on the active/PUP list, and there's been very little word on his recovery since he tore his ACL back in November. Opening the season on reserve/PUP would cost Lewis at least the first six weeks. The Patriots are a team to watch at final cuts next month when running backs hit the market.

Kenny Stills has been running with the first-team offense opposite Jarvis Landry all week, with rookie Leonte Carroo getting the reps in three-wide sets. Parker's health has been the main discussion around him since he was picked 14th overall last year. He missed much of last training camp following foot surgery and then sat out parts of this year's OTAs with an undisclosed ailment. Consider him day to day.
