I'll get it started with some ongoing preseason news-

Mr Hamstring running with starters in MIA?

Andre Johnson to Titans

quote:

@fantasypros Andre Johnson has roughly 300 more receptions than the combined total of the other 7 Tennessee WRs. Veteran presence, if nothing else.

Hopkins returns to Texans camp

Stevie Johnson injury report

@mikesilver I'm told by a source familiar with Chargers WR Stevie Johnson's knee injury that he has a torn meniscus & will have surgery soon @nflnetwork

Reggie to Bills

I am high on Luck this year but

@rapsheet For #Giants at WR, Victor Cruz looked like himself, despite not yet cutting it loose. And rookie Sterling Shepard doesn't seem like a rookie

@jordanraanan WR Sterling Shepard stands out as #Giants practice without Odell Beckham Jr.

@rvacchianioSNY Listening to Giants RB coach Craig Johnson it's clear: Last years 4-RB committee is not in this year's plan. Rashad Jennings is the No. 1 RB

@rapsheet The #Chargers are signing WR James Jones, source said. Another veteran weapon for Philip Rivers

Sammy Watkins - WR, Buffalo Bills

Buffalo Bills WR Sammy Watkins (foot) is nearing a return to the practice field after recovering from foot surgery. The team is targeting Monday, Aug. 8, for his first practice.

HUDDLE UP: All is going as well -- or better -- than expected with Watkins' recovery, and if can avoid further issue, he's a WR2 with definite WR1 upside.

First sign that he can't handle the wear and tear. He's not a top 10 back

Police observed that a lamp and vase in the house had been broken and that a hole had been punched in the wall of Mason’s bedroom. Police decided that the former Auburn running back was not “fit to make his own decisions” and was admitted to a hospital for observation.

Mason did not report to the Los Angeles Rams training camp and the franchise has struggled to get in contact with Mason. The police have been to Mason’s house five times in the past four months and the 2014 third round pick was arrested in March on charges of reckless driving, marijuana possession and resisting arrest.

Mason was the 2013 SEC Player of the Year and helped lead the Tigers to a 2013 SEC Championship with over 1,800 yards and 23 touchdowns. Mason has rushed for 972 yards on 254 carries in his first two NFL seasons.

RB's touch the ball more and take more of a pounding....I was thinking Beanie Wells. Speed guys always tweak shite because they are skinny....meaty guys like RBs shouldn't have that issue.

Today has been Foster buzz day at camp. As Foster continues to look smooth, Jay Ajayi rehabs a knee issue on the sideline. Asked about the Dolphins' 2015 committee approach at running back, OC Clyde Christensen said it's something the team hopes to avoid. "We really need someone to emerge as the guy," Christensen said. "We don't want to substitute. ... We really need one guy to be a three-down back, stay in there for that drive." Every indication has been Miami wants Foster to be that bell-cow.
