Need some Trade Ideas

So I'm trying to decide if I should look for a trade or not. Im in a 12 team standard league.
Here is my roster
QB- Wentz, Bradford
RB- Bell, Hunt, Cook, CJ Anderson, D Henery
WR- M Thomas, Cooks, Parker, Watkins, Kupp
TE- Fleener
Im killing it right now, but have a lot of points getting left on the bench and don't have a ton of confidence in my QB or TE positions.
What do y'all think I should look to do?

move one of your WR and RB for TE or QB upgrade

moving CJ makes the most sense for you
Dont know what the rest of your league looks like, but if the Ertz or Kelce owner is hurting for RBs you could start there
