10 Team League, PPR, QBs weigh a little heavier in this league. For instance, in the top 10 under our scoring settings, AP and Calvin Johnson are the only 2 in top 10 from last year. I'm 10th pick in snake draft. As of right now, I'm pretty sure the draft will go:

1 Brees
2 AP
3 Rodgers
4 Manning
5 Doug Martin
6 Foster
7-9 UNKNOWN

I'm at least going with one RB. Then I don't know. Either RB, QB or WR. If Brady or Ryan is there in the 2nd, it would be hard for me to pass up on them. Also, may have cam newton there. Should I go RB/RB and hope for someone like Stafford or Kapaernick in the 4th, go with RB/WR and get another RB in the 3rd, or go RB/QB?

If a pair like Spiller/Johnson, Charles/Spiller, or Charles/Johnson are there, I will likely go with that (possible with our scoring settings and newbies in our league).

If you must go QB early, but the elite guys are taken, I'd say go RB/RB and wait for an Andrew Luck or someone along those lines. Regardless of format, not picking RB/RB can leave you with a shaky 2nd RB. But that may be worth it if you are able to get a top 4 WR in the 2nd round.

I would wait for Kaep. And go RB RB.
