need help deciding on a multi player trade

Someone in my league is trying to trade me Garcon, Barnidge, Melvin Gordon, and Knile Davis for Eddie Lacy and Jason Witten. Lacy was my 1st round pick but has been very unimpressive so far this season, but I know he has the potential to be a top fantasy RB still. My roster is pretty shite and has been hit by injuries so far so hopefully if this is a good trade my team can improve. League is non-PPR.
current roster:
QB: Alex Smith/Roethlisberger
RB: Lacy/Karlos Williams/Lamar Miller/Daniel Herron
WR: Alshon/Leonard Hankerson/Desean Jackson/Malcom Floyd/Terrance Williams
TE: Witten
D/ST: Rams/Jags
K: Gostowski

Thats 4 bench players for lacy. Bad trade.
But you do need an upgrade at wr. Try to get a better receiver for lacy. But i think lacy bounces back

Busy with med school currently. I still read the board now and then but I can't dedicate as much time to posting as I used to so I've gone to lurking. Don't worry, I'll still be in full support of the Pels this season.
