ATL must have done SOMETHING to at least stave off the TB pass rush, right? The safe play is Palmer against a weak Rams secondary. The ceiling is 5--15 points higher with Matt Ryan and the floor is just about the same.

I like Ryan a lot. He shredded Tampa last time. The line actually looked surprisingly better in London. Tampa has zero pass rush. I think the Falcons are going to produce.

There's only 3 QBs in fantasy that have at least 16+ in every game they started this season. Luck and Manning are two of them. The other is one of your options.
