How do you see Kemp playing out this year and beyond?

Does he stay healthy? He had a consistent clean bill of health until the last 2 seasons.

Assuming health does he come close to putting up the numbers that he's shown he is capable of or does he sit around the 20-25hr/10-15sb level?

I've seen preseason ranks having him all over the place and not sure where to peg him.

Where would you rank him in a keeper league with guys like Stanton, Heyward, Braun, Myers, Harper, Justin Upton, Carlos Gomez, Cargo?

Would not touch. Too afraid of injuries.

Behind all of them. His ability to put up good SB numbers made him an elite player. But coming off ankle surgery, you've got to think he's going to be limited on the base paths. Along with Either and Crawford still being on the roster, they're probably going to rotate all three of them all year to keep him healthy.

Ceiling is there of course(monster lineup)... but I don't think Matt Kemp returns to being Matt Kemp for at least another year. But then he'll be on the wrong side of 30 with a long injury history. Risky to take above those other guys.

Can't predict health. If he's healthy he will score 100 and knock in 100 in that lineup. That alone with 20-20 potential makes him pretty elite.

Stanton and cargo fall into the kemp category of staying hurt but still keep their name value

Upton has 6 years under his belt and is maxed at 25/80.. Still has elite name value somehow

Braun has been juicing since Miami so who knows what he will do

Gomez is basically what you want Kemp to be if he can learn to get on base more and score runs. Braun May help

Harper is 21. Myers is 23. Harper already has 2 20 HR seasons under his belt while Myers has 1/2 of a season both are legit keeper options.

Don't know what to think of Heyward.

What? No. The SBs were a bonus. He hit .324 with 39 HRs and a .985 OPS. That's MVP numbers for a first baseman.

How many years did he accomplish that for? So you saying that one year is the reason why he was an elite player?

I've owned him since his callup in a dynasty league. I'm not sure if now is the time to try and sell or if I should ride him out a few more years.

From 2009 to 2011 Kemp averaged 31 home runs, 31 steals 105 RBI and 98 runs with about a .290avg per year

Up until May 2012 he was putting up consistent elite numbers.

I can see his ADP falling to round 30ish in redraft leagues.

He will probably miss all of spring training.
