Reece has always been an under the radar PPR guy.

ETA: I'm not reading this thread because I don't want to get banned

It's a lot of "Marcel Reece has never done anything and Taiwan Jones is better."

Didn't you start Jones over Reece last week?

No one knew how the backfield would shake out when this thread was made. It's easy to say something now.

He had 13 of his 17 fantasy points out of the passing game last week and 13 out of 19 this week. No one said he wasn't valuable as a pass catcher.

But Reece would get his touches out the backfield regardless. Jones is a flash in a pan and he hasn't done anything in the NFL so far. He's like a poor man's Felix Jones

Reece gonna Reece

I know. I started Reece in 2 leagues.

This thread was more along the lines of who we thought would get the touches after DMC and Goodson were injured.

I always thought Reece would be the guy.

I started Jones because they said he was the "starter" and it was a mistake.

I'm surprised by Reeces involvement in the run game.

Anyone that says they saw this coming is lying, cuz I just re-read this thread

Yep, I was out and about and made a last minute change on the way to breakfast with friends.

Oh well.

I went with Reece just because of how much Oaklands throws the ball and from everything I read Reece was the pass catcher and the better pass blocker. Definitely paying off.

I started Reece in both leagues, one standard other PPR.

Reece may have just contributed to a clinched playoff spot for me.

not so much as a runner.
