Lloyd and DWill for T Jones

I was offered Brandon Lloyd and DWill for Thomas Jones. Should I trade Thomas while he's hot or keep him?
My current WRs- Reggie Wayne, Manningham, Bowe, Bess, B. Edwards. I'm currently sitting on V. Jackson and Sidney Rice hoping I can squeak into the playoffs and then let them loose the last 6-4 games of the season so I'm really not that desperate at WR.
My current RBs- T. Jones, Best, Hillis, and Ray Rice.
I feel like he needs this trade more than I do because his RB situation is sad but what say you?

Take that shite and run and hope you don't get arrested for robbery. A top 5 WR (in points), a struggling 2 round pick who is 1 injury away (Stewart) from being a top 5 RB for T Jones who has played well lately but is still in a RBBC situation no better than D Will's. Take it and run
